How It Started
From a Simple Idea to Richmond's Favorite
We loved Pelican's Snowballs in South Carolina where we're from and always talked about starting a franchise. After looking into the startup costs, it was clear that we would need to do things ourselves.
We wanted to bring a product to Richmond that we could be proud of and share with the community. It had to be something much better than snow cones but still in the same spirit. That's when we found Italian ice.
Emma quickly developed the recipes thanks to her background in chemistry and Omar sourced the equipment. Good Vices was born and we haven't looked back!
