Yes! We regularly serve events in Short Pump, Glen Allen, Midlothian, and throughout western Henrico and Chesterfield counties. We also serve Mechanicsville, Ashland, Hanover, and Goochland areas. If you're within about 25 miles of downtown Richmond, we've got you covered.

Our hours vary by location and event. Typically, we operate from 11am-8pm during warmer months (March-October). Check our Schedule page for specific times at each location.

For regular truck visits, we're first-come, first-served. For catering events, you'll book in advance through our Catering page. We're also working on adding pre-order pickup—sign up for notifications!

Yes! We love catering weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, school functions, festivals, and more. We offer three options: drop-off coolers, our vintage push cart with staff, or our full trailer.

We recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events during peak season (May-September). Popular dates like Saturday afternoons book quickly!

Our drop-off cooler starts at $100 (includes 10 servings). Push cart service starts at $300 (includes 25 servings + 1 hr), and trailer service starts at $450 (includes 50 servings + 1 hr). Final pricing depends on guest count, location, and duration.

We primarily serve the greater Richmond area, including Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, and Goochland counties. We regularly cater events in Short Pump, Glen Allen, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, and Ashland. For events further out, contact us—we may be able to accommodate with a travel fee.

We serve swim teams in GRAL (Greater Richmond Aquatic League), CAL (Commonwealth Aquatic League), and other Richmond-area swim leagues. We provide season-long partnerships where athletes eat free on meet day, and teams earn up to 25% back. Visit our Pools page for details.

We monitor weather closely. For severe weather, we'll work with you to reschedule or find alternative arrangements. Specific cancellation policies are outlined in your booking agreement.

Our Italian ice doesn't contain nuts as an ingredient. We don't use ingredients that contain nuts in our production facility.
