Drop-off catering means we deliver pre-prepared Italian ice in an insulated cooler — you and your guests serve yourselves, and we come back to pick up the cooler afterward. No staff on-site. It's our easiest, most affordable option for events that don't need full live service.

Drop-off cooler catering starts at $125 — includes 10 pre-scooped servings (any size), an insulated cooler, spoons, napkins, free delivery, and free pickup. Additional servings are $3–$9 each depending on format (single scoop $3, push pop $4, 2 scoops $5, 3 scoops $7, pint $9). Each cooler holds up to 100 cups or push-pops, or 50 sealed pints (they take up more space); for larger events we automatically drop multiple coolers (+$30 per additional cooler). You can book up to 500 servings online in one go.

Each drop-off cooler includes: pre-scooped Italian ice cups in your choice of up to 4 flavors, a high-grade insulated cooler that keeps everything cold for hours, biodegradable spoons, napkins, and free delivery + pickup within the Richmond metro.

Yes. Drop-off coolers are popular for smaller weddings (under 50 guests), bridal showers, and rehearsal dinners where you want a great dessert without booking full staff. For larger weddings, we typically recommend the push cart or truck instead.

We recommend 1-2 weeks for drop-off catering, but we often accommodate last-minute requests (sometimes same-week) if our schedule allows. For weekends in peak season (May-September), 2-3 weeks is safer.

We deliver drop-off catering throughout the Richmond metro: the City of Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, Goochland, Powhatan, and New Kent counties. Travel fees may apply for locations 25+ miles from downtown Richmond — we'll quote those upfront.

Plan on about 1.2 servings per guest (some people want seconds). For a 30-person office party, order 40 servings. For a 75-person wedding shower, order 90 servings. For a 200-person event, book 240 servings — we'll drop 3 coolers. We'll always advise you on your booking if you're unsure.
