It's simple: your school promotes the event, we handle everything else (setup, serving, cleanup). Every school event starts at 10% back. Hit $500 in sales and you jump to 15%, $1,000 gets you 20%, and $1,500+ earns the full 25%. We send you a check after the event. No upfront cost to your school.

For drop-off coolers, we recommend a minimum of 25 servings. For cart or truck events, there's no strict minimum — we'll work with your headcount and budget to find the right fit.
We recommend 4–6 weeks for most school events. Spring dates fill up fast, so the sooner you reach out, the better. That said, we often accommodate last-minute requests — just ask!
