We recommend 6-8 weeks for most events. Weddings and large events: 2-4 months. That said, we often accommodate last-minute requests—just ask! The sooner you reach out, the better chance you have of securing your preferred date.

We're flexible! Our cart and trailer can operate under a tent or covered area. If severe weather forces a cancellation, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge or provide a full refund.

Yes! ALL of our Italian ice is naturally dairy-free, vegan friendly, and gluten-free. It's the perfect treat for guests with dietary restrictions—everyone can enjoy it without worry.

Our packages are all-inclusive with no hidden fees. The price covers delivery, setup, service, and cleanup. We require invoices to be paid to hold your date. We accept cards, Venmo, and Zelle. We offer custom pricing terms for orders over 300 servings.

We serve the greater Richmond metro including Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations 25+ miles from downtown Richmond, but we're happy to provide a quote!

We understand plans change. Cancellations 90+ days out receive a full refund. 7-14 days out, we'll credit your deposit toward a future date. We want to work with you, not against you.
