Yes — our Drop-Off Cooler is our most affordable catering option and our most popular drop-off format. We deliver pre-scooped Italian ice cups in an insulated cooler with spoons and napkins. You serve, we pick up. Starts at $125 (includes 10 servings, delivery, and pickup). Each cooler holds up to 100 cups/push-pops (or 50 sealed pints — they're bulkier); we automatically drop additional coolers for larger orders, up to 500 servings online. Perfect for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, and showers across Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, and Hanover.
Yes — we run a fully equipped Italian ice truck and serve events across the Richmond metro. The truck starts at $475 and handles any crowd size. It's our most popular option for festivals, large corporate events, schools, and community gatherings. Includes 40 servings + 2 hours of on-site service.
We recommend 6-8 weeks for most events. Weddings and large events: 2-4 months. That said, we often accommodate last-minute requests — just ask! The sooner you reach out, the better chance you have of securing your preferred date.
We're flexible. Our cart and truck can operate under a tent or covered area. If severe weather forces a cancellation, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge or provide a full refund.
Yes. ALL of our Italian ice is naturally dairy-free, vegan friendly, gluten-free, nut-free, and egg-free. It's the perfect dessert for guests with dietary restrictions — everyone can enjoy it without worry.
Our packages are all-inclusive with no hidden fees. The price covers delivery, setup, service, and cleanup. We require invoices to be paid to hold your date. We accept cards, Venmo, and Zelle. We offer custom pricing terms for orders over 300 servings.
We serve the greater Richmond metro including Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, Goochland, Powhatan, and New Kent counties. Common service areas include Short Pump, Glen Allen, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, Ashland, The Fan, Scott's Addition, Carytown, Church Hill, and the West End. Travel fees may apply for locations 25+ miles from downtown Richmond.
Yes — weddings are one of our specialties. We've served at hundreds of weddings across the Richmond metro. The push cart is the most popular wedding option ($325+, vintage aesthetic with live scooping); the truck handles larger weddings. Italian ice is a hit for receptions because every guest can enjoy it (no dairy, no gluten, no nuts) and it doubles as a great photo moment.
Absolutely. Corporate clients regularly book us for employee appreciation days, summer cookouts, client events, healthcare worker appreciation, and office openings. Drop-off coolers work for smaller offices; the cart or truck is ideal for larger company events. We can invoice for AP teams.
We understand plans change. Cancellations 90+ days out receive a full refund. 7-14 days out, we'll credit your deposit toward a future date. We want to work with you, not against you.
